Reliable but upmarket chain - Edit
Marqt isn't a vegan store, so be sure to check all the ingredients as vegan treats ca be found amongst the non-vegan things. It does however have a number of excellent choices once one finds them! I especially like the in-store breads; sometimes samples of this are offered. There's a good range of, "health-food" and organic staples, as well as fresh fruit and veg. If you're stuck when out and about in Amsterdam then it's a reliable chain, but it's also not the cheapest, and be careful not to forget that it's card only, no cash.
