Best bakery I've ever been to - Edit
They offer Japanese curry on Sundays, so that's what I got. It's probably the best Japanese curry I've ever had. I also ordered an Earl grey tea and premium pudding. This was seriously such a wonderful experience. Not only was the food incredible, but the staff were super friendly. Shout out to Mina and Aiko!! (I hope I'm spelling their names correctly).

Nicest group of women running this small bakery and cafe. We went there for desserts and coffee once. And takeout sandwiches for the Shinkansen ride. All vegan and delicious. They have curry specials too. Reasonable prices.

We tried the tiramisu, strawberry cake and the sandwich special. The sandwich rotates bi weekly and it is only half a sandwich but is really nice! My favourite of the cakes was the tiramisu but they were both delicious.staff were really friendly and there was seating inside and out.

Stopped here today to grab some take away for my dinner. Got the vegan sandwich and a tiramisu. The vegan sandwich reminded me of an egg salad sandwich, great flavours and the bread was soft and fluffy.

The Lemon Roll Cake - Edit
I ordered 4 cakes from them for to-go: strawberry shortcake, lemon roll cake, soleil, and tiramisu. All of them were very delicious, but the lemon roll cake left a permanent mark in my mind. All lemon cakes or lemon based cakes that I had before were mostly sugar than lemon, but this lemon cake transcends what it is to be a lemon cake; it is more lemon than sugar. Just one bite of this cake is like an explosion of lemons. But you may ask, “Aren’t lemons too sour?” Yes, but the tartness from this cake is more like a lemonness than tartness. It is as if the cake were stubbornly telling me what a lemon cake should be, and I respect and admire that.

I had had a ton of American style vegan cakes prior to my visit but this was my first time eating Japanese vegan cakes. Holy crap, they are sooooo good!!!!!!! I had the short cake (duh) and marron cake (again, duh) and they were the best. I’ll be coming back!!!!! 本当におすすめ

The sweetest little cafe! - Edit
Came here with a non-vegan and we both loved our cakes. I had a seasonal chestnut cake which was lovely, although an unusual texture, and I also tried the chocolate cake which was super rich and mouth-wateringly delicious. The coffee was a black coffee but perfectly complimented the sweet cake. A little bit pricey as another reviewer mentioned but the quaint, gentleness of this place deserves it, as well as the staff.

Finally I managed to visit Marbre Vegan, and what a treat it was! So glad that they had outdoor seating, so that we could look at the greenery across the street while enjoying our delicious cakes. We had the Blueberry Tart and the Strawberry Cake, and both were truly excellent! The staff was so kind and attentive! They told us that on certain days they also have sandwiches, and it’s best to check their Instagram for details. I am looking forward to coming back very soon and trying every single item they have!

I had a doctor’s appointment nearby and decided to pop in for a post errand chill out. The cafe is small and adorable, with great attention to detail in all its little plates, cups, tables, and of course puddings and cakes. I had the blueberry tart and gateau chocolat which were both delicious. I am normally a latte drinker so asked if they could do that even though it wasn’t on the menu, and they offered a (yes, cute) tiny pitcher of soy milk and sugar bowl along with my coffee.

Great place to hang out, sip your drink, eat a precious little cake and read a book just like we all pretend we’re doing on Instagram anyway.
