Lovely atmosphere and tasty yet limited vegan options - Edit
Bright and inviting atmosphere, serviced by kind staff. Ordered the Maman’s breakfast sandwich without bacon to make it veggie-friendly (although not vegan because of the egg), and it’s delicious! Also tried their vegan croissant which was a pleasant surprise—quite possibly the best vegan croissant I’ve had (tasted fresh and buttery). Ordered an iced chai latte with oat milk which was solidly good but not the best I’ve ever (slightly diluted by lots of ice).

Yummy vegan croissant - Edit
Went to the university place location for morning coffee with friends. I was the only vegan but I was happy there was a vegan croissant because that's not something I get often. It was delicious, really buttery and flaky, I ate it plain, there is no way anyone would know it was vegan in my opinion, it was so good! The iced latte with almond milk was also good, my friends all ordered quiche and decadently flavored croissants like pistachio cherry... I wish there were more interesting vegan options to choose from, they did have a zucchini bread, carrot cake, chocolate chip cookie and avocado toast all vegan but just not as fun as the non-vegan options.

Cons: Needs more exciting vegan options , $1.00 upcharge for plant-based milk, Menu calls plant milk "Non-dairy milk"

Kind of a bummer - Edit
They have some vegan options on their menu that sounds really good, but what comes out is a pale version of what was described. So the ingredients that you get are what’s listed, but the proportions are off, the presentation is mediocre, and overall the plates that come out will get little more of a reaction than, “….oh.” I tried the avocado toast which was a huge portion of toast with a thin smear of tasteless avocado, a layer of thin pico de gallo, and a few cold micro greens. My friend got the cauliflower salad which sounded amazing but looked like something you would get from a decent college dining hall: mostly fresh greens, too many radishes, a small amount of cauliflower and chickpeas, and a side of dressing that looked like what you would buy bottled at Whole Foods.
Read moreThey have some vegan pastries but nothing inspired: a plain croissant, a slice of zucchini bread, and a cookie. I didn’t try any because they didn’t look worth the calories.
The coffee was decent.

Sounds really, "meh."

Decided to try a vegan croissant after all and it was completely stale, too.

Loved it - Edit
We went to their Soho location - super nice vibe and really good coffee (plus they have vegan croissants!). Loved their avocado toast and butternut squash salad (asked for no cheese and add avocado)🤌🏻 Will be back!

Surprising find - Edit
I've been working at an office near this restaurant for a few months, and I didn't realize they had any vegan options until I went in with a friend who pointed it out. I had the vegan croissant and a fancy cucumber mint lemonade.
