Good vegan options out in the hinterlands of Chicago - Edit
My wife and I had dinner with a friend that was in town, staying in Bolingbrook. This place seemed like the best option, thanks to HappyCow and the reviews from fellow vegans.
Read moreThe food was good. My wife absolutely loved what she got (vegetable fajitas). The beans, rice, flour tortillas are reportedly vegan and most of the vegetarian dishes can be made vegan through elimination of dairy ingredients.

Amazing Food! - Edit
I told the waitress I was vegan and she was so helpful. She told me that the menu had four vegetarian items that could be made vegan if you left off cheese and sour cream: Quesadilla de Espinaca, Enchiladas de Hongos, Tacos Rajas, and Tacos Hongos. I choose the Enchiladas de Hongos (without the cheese and sour cream) and it was some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! It is my best friends favorite restaurant and now it may be mine too. Totally recommend!

Omg yes, I absolutely Love their food. I do wish there was more vegan options now that vegan "meat" is available but hopefully in the future.

The Hongos tacos (w/o cheese or sour cream) are amazing. I add avocado on top

Pros: Things can easily be made vegan
Cons: A bit pricey

Nice options - Edit
A few vegetarian options that can be made vegan. The waitress was very helpful in letting us know the rice is cooked with butter, so we were able to specify butter not be used. The fajitas were excellent.

Good choice. - Edit
Has a separate vegetarian section on the menu. You may also modify a non-vegan menu item and substitute with Avocado or black beans.

Love this place! - Edit
We go here with my in-laws almost every weekend. The diverse menu is sure to please all diners in your party, be they vegan, vegetarian, or omni. Their vegetarian section has a wide range of different types of food and flavors, so vegan diners need never fear becoming bored. It's so hard to pick a favorite dish! The flavors are brilliant and delicious, and the food is NEVER greasy or oily (which earns this place major points in my book). Quality Mexican food at reasonable prices. Bonus: easily the tastiest margaritas I've ever had, and the guacamole made tableside is always a fun treat for all ages :)

Cons: Order w/o cheese or sour cream, Can be crowded during prime-time hours, Order of guac is a bit small (tho tasty)
