Great pizza, needs a bit more variety - Edit
The pizza is delicious and I really love their dedicated vegan compositions, especially "vegano della creme" with white creamy sauce, green peas and oyster mushrooms. You can also swap to vegan cheese instead of mozzarella on all "regular" pizzas, but they really did a great job with composing these two unique vegan options and I hope their plant based menu will grow over time with more originals like this! If that happens i'd rate Maestria 5 stars.
Read moreEdit: They have now introduced another Vegan pizza, with white sauce (again) and zucchini as main ingredients, and I think I like this one just as much as the previous one, if not more! Would absolutely change my rating to 5 stars if it was possible at this point.

Vegan cheese pizza - Edit
The only pizza in Torun with a vegan cheese option that I know of. Thin dough and professional service that clearly knows their stuff. And on top of that toppings that will amaze you with their variety and allow you to immerse yourself in a world of taste sensations - pictured here are an artichoke pizza in a more traditional style and a white pizza with coconut milk sauce along with oyster mashroom and fresh chilli. Nothing specjal about the interior, but in an accessable location, close to the eastern station, so will work perfectly as a first stop in Toruń for visitors.
