Amazing Veggie Fajitas - Edit
I really love their vegetarian options that are so easily made vegan by simply omitting cheese and sour cream. I ordered the vegetable fajitas and was overjoyed to see marinaded, grilled and sliced portobello mushrooms on the skillet next to charred peppers and onions. Too often veggie fajitas are basically steamed vegetables but these were thoughtfully cooked, seasoned and charred. The Mexican street corn does have a non vegan sauce on top so FYI. The Spanish rice has chicken bouillon so sadly it’s not vegan, and neither are the refried beans. The black beans are vegan and next time I’ll be getting some to-go. 10/10!!
