Not sure why two listing for this location? - Edit
Cute small location. As other mention some crowded tables together and bar seating near window. Lucky, late lunch not crowded at all. Service was efficient and friendly staff. Food came out fairly quick.

One of the better veggie burgers I've had. Only one on my three week vacation even though available elsewhere. Moist but held it's shape. Really liked the pretzel roll. Definitely thumbs up. Hope to visit again from the West Coast.

Not bad - Edit
Ive been wanting to try Lulu for awhile now and finally made it in.
Read moreI got the veg burger and veg chickun sammie. Also a side of shwarma, yuka fries, side pita, lemony soup and banana bread and choco cheezcake jar.
Everything was tasty but I felt pricey.
Id say get the chickun sammie and a side of shwarma and that cheezcake jar for dessert.
Definitely the shwarma and cheezecake....those were my favs.

If you are ever around for their dinner bleu cheese, crab cake apps and phenomenal dinner entrees, it's worth everything. Best meal I ever had.

Exceptional food & service - Edit
Knowing I was going to be in the Boston area on travel, used Happy Cow to find this restaurant. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I met up with family & everyone loved their food. The menu is unique, so many choices it was hard to pick my entree. The food presentation is A+! The ingredients & quality were excellent.

Really good restaurant - Edit
I loved both the food and the service—it was fast and really good. The pita bread appetizer with the sauces was amazing, I highly recommend it. I also had tacos that were very tasty, and a tres leches dessert! So far, it’s my favorite place in Boston.

Non-vegans Loved & Everything was 10/10 - Edit
The za’atar pita and seitan shawarma was a dream. My non-vegan mom even liked the seitan. It tasted & had the texture of the non-vegan shawarma she’s used to!

Great place - Edit
This is now our favorite vegan restaurant anywhere.
Read moreWe aren't from Boston, but we visit once per year in the Summer, for the last couple of years this is a must-visit dinner spot for us.
Vegan food is very good. My wife had a dinner last year that was some kind of pressed mushrooms that were prepared similar to how steak is prepared, it was a little bit on the expensive side but she loved it so much and would definitely order it again.
Only criticism is it is small inside. Even with reservations, you will be sitting so close to other customers that there is no way to keep your conversation private from others or not hear their conversation.
The food is well worth it.
Pros: Great tasting food, Traditional meals and some very imaginative ones
Cons: Not very spacious, more room would be great

Good but expensive for dinner - Edit
We had a nice dinner here. It was pricy but somewhat worth it. The ambiance was very nice, the vodka pasta was our favorite. The mushroom short rib was just okay. The nachos special and the mezze were good.

Don't really have anything else to say that hasn't been said. With the exit of so many "high end" vegan options in the Northeast, Lulu Green fills that void and does it just as good if not better than some of my previous favorite now-closed vegan spots. MAKE A RESERVATION it fills up fast!

Amazing food, for a small place it had a great range of options. For dessert I had the Macarons, I've never had vegan macarons before but these were sensational!

This place is amazing! - Edit
If you’re in the Boston area, you need to drop in. Was visiting for the weekend, and ended up coming twice, for lunch and brunch. Everything is vegan, delicious, and the staff are super friendly and ready to give recommendations. Pastries, desserts, coffee, cocktails, and delicious food. You cannot go wrong.

Extra special place! - Edit
Great food — nice atmosphere — wonderful staff! I mentioned a particular food allergy I have to the waiter and the chef actually came out and talked to us to make sure he understood the nature of my allergy. He ended up making a special dish for me —I’ve never seen such care taken to fully honor my particular dietary restrictions. And, the dish was great! At first I thought this place might be a little pricey but it sure is worth it!

Another fabulous dinner! - Edit
Absolutely delicious and artfully presented mezzo and dinner entrees! Our 3 loved Shawarma (with rice, za’atar pita, grilled peppers and tahini) Mushroom ‘Short Rib’ (with parsnips, parsnip purée and a variety of shrooms) and Chunk Foods (seitan) Steak, with chimichurri and whipped cauliflower)! For dessert, we also enjoyed the French macarons, selecting coconut and pistachio flavors.

Hit or miss - Edit
The mezze platter was incredible, some of the best pita I’ve ever had. And the muhammara was so flavorful. Everything is vegan, even the Brie! Based on reviews I’ve read I was excited to try the mushroom shortrib. However it was very dry and disappointing. The tres leches cake was impressively vegan, but the taste didn’t wow.

Great place to eat - Edit
Really lovely place to eat - on the outskirts of Boston but worth making the effort to get there. Menu completely vegan. Small plates as well as larger dishes and some unusual choices as well as the more usual dishes. Large portions and good value, good choices of wine, beers and cocktails too. Really nice waiting staff. Note that they add an optional $4 to the bill as a kitchen appreciation fee on top of a regular tip. Quite small so may be worth booking in advance to make sure you get a table!

Flavorful Paradise - Edit
The flavor and technique of correctly preparing for the vegan shawarma bowl, burger, and viral Dubai chocolate croissant is all on point. Even the coffee here is so good. Turns out they use a local roaster for that. They marinate and spice mix up all their vegan protein options. I took my carnivore friend there with me who definitely plans to return multiple times. Added bonus - I was on a layover in Boston airport and it’s only 20 minutes away from the airport, so if you have a bit of a layover, totally worthwhile taking a taxi or ride share here for some delicious and nutritious food.

I hAd their HOT HONEY GLAZED CRISPY CHICK'N SANDWICH and YUCA FRIES for lunch, and it was really good! Impressed with their food, service, condiments and sauces. Perfect lunch after walking all over Boston and sightseeing. Great location, near Fenway Park and even though a bit pricey, it was worth it. I’d try everything off their menu-yum!
