Great vegan options and great portion sizes! So glad the combo came with the mac salad and the citrus salad because we wanted to try both and were so good! we got one of each of the vegan options, one was soy curls and one was a spicy tofu, both delish

Food truck located in the back of Wayfinders food pod. Only a few options and a bit pricey for the protein options they use . However I do like that it is a large portion platter enough to share with 2 people. I appreciate that they even have options and the food is really tasty not bland like most places. I ordered both plates, I do wish you had the option to do a la cart. They do use paper togo boxes.
