Decent vegan option - Edit
The cauliflower tacos are vegan and decent…just not anything to write home about in my opinion. Lots of salsa options, which are really fun.

Read moreI probably eat at Lucha's at least once a week. I do have celiacs diesease so I get their burritos in a bowl. They just recently expanded their menu so now they have multiple vegan bowls plus if you like vegan cheese they have Daiya cheese. I usually get it without.
Pros: Lots of Vegan options.

Not a traditional Mexican restaurant. Only one option for me that is both vegan and gluten free: quinoa bowl. Only two vegan entrée items. Chips and salsa is extra. We didn’t care for any of the Salsas, except mango has nice flavor

I had the vegan quesadilla, and it had nice vegetables in it, cooked well. Very tasty. Also their beans are a nice and unusual mix of black and pinto and were also very good. Not many vegan options, but delicious! Hard to find if you are from out of town, on the second floor of a building next to a nicer strip mall.

Great veg options - Edit
This is one of my husband and I's favorite restaurants to go out to. Our favorite dish is the hippy burrito which is easily made vegan by subbing for vegan cheese/no cheese. "The vegan" quesadilla is also good. Other dishes can be made vegan upon request. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We love sitting on their patio in warm months, they have great beer and cocktails to choose from. Their chips, guac, and salsa are great to share (many different salsas to choose from).
