Caravan sells vegan food in the Nelson market every Saturday: veggie burger, dumplings, spring roll, veggie delight roll, curry and rice, potato/eggplant aniseed, vegan cheeses, etc. Open Sat 8:00am-1:00pm.

Really pleased to see a 100% vegan option in the Nelson market. They have lots of tasty offerings and I thought they were really inexpensive for what they were. Friendly staff. Missed out on the cheeses as they didn't have any the day I went. I had the cheesecake which was yummy.The Vietnamese Spring Rolls were nice and fresh and delicious. If I hadn't been full, I would have had the burger as I saw someone else have that and it looked good and was only $5.
Pros: all vegan, Inexpensive , tasty
