Food deserves a 5 but the service really could improve 🙈 - Edit
We were blown away to find this place 😍 fully vegan and the venue is beautiful, amazing outdoor garden area and even a rabbit roaming around 😍
Read moreThe food was really good, pricey but to be expected as this is the only fully vegan in the area.
The service could do with some work ! We arrived just before opening (12pm) and were allowed to take a seat, once it was 12pm 4 more tables were occupied yet we were served last ?? Even though we were ready to order, after 30 minutes so we are now at 12.30pm i had to get up and ask could we order drinks, baring in mind we had watched every other table get served 😂
We then waited another 20 minutes maybe longer to order food and again i had to ask could we order 🥴
Once everything was ordered my food came before the drinks, i ate then after i had finished the drinks came and a while after my partners food came. Quite lengthy wait time on food and drinks but water was provided immediately on arrival.
We ordered a dessert and this did not take to long.
Definitely worth going but don’t expect exceptional service.
Pros: Fully vegan , Great atmosphere , Tasty food
Cons: Bit pricey , Slow service

Brilliant vegan food! - Edit
This is an excellent cafe/restaurant serving ‘western’ vegan food, with some Indian and Asian inspired dishes on the menu as well. They have a pizza oven so I would definitely recommend the pizzas and the garlic bread. Their cashew cheese on the pizzas is incredible. The smoothie bowls and toasted sandwiches are also brilliant. They have great juices, smoothies and other drinks if you just need a place to escape from the Kerala heat. The staff are super friendly and really help make this place an excellent cafe. It is also connected to a yoga studio so definitely worth checking that out too.

Where to begin to describe fabulousness - Edit
Beautiful, scrumptous, wonderful... Where to begin to describe fabulousness? Loved the food, blissful yoga, warm staff. This is a knock-out place on all levels. Pictures of my favorite food - yep so many dishes - pizzas, fruit crushes and desserts. Get out the menu on your phone or good old fashioned print out menu, close your eyes and let your fingers pick a dish randomly. Whatever you order, it will be wonderful. And on top of that there is the inclusive welcoming yoga place for all bodies and minds, slow and fast, advanced or beginners. Finally, this is a place that honors and respects animals: looking to find a community of like-minded vegan loving people wanting to save the earth and animals, with a focus on Cochin? This is a great place to help make this world a better place, one day at a time, with like-minded people.

The best vegan food ! - Edit
I was so happy to find this place during my stay in Fort Kochi! The food was incredible, the ambience and service was 10/10. You can tell a lot of thought, care and attention has gone into making this place so great. My favourite dishes included the stone baked pizzas, the sushi (best vegan sushi I've had) and the desserts. I'd highly recommend the yoga too! Thank you Loving Earth 🩷🩷

Not cheap but 👌👌👌 - Edit
Really wonderful people working here. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the food great. The papaya lax wasn’t our favourite, the green peace pizza and the probiotic drink (water kefir) were delicious.

A lovely little cafe in the back streets of Kochi that also offers daily drop-in yoga classes. The price of the food is quite high but very delicious. Lots of menu options to choose from.

Love to support plant based cafés especially if the fund goes towards animal rescues, but the price point is quite high for the small portions, the food is good tho!!

Loved it, but… as oft the case with vegan restaurants… organisation frustrates - Edit
Food great. Lovely staff
Read moreA vegan’s dream… particularly if needing a slight respite from the amazing local cuisine.
I can’t bring myself to knock a star off but please, loving earth, think about service!
Issue was:
When ordering pasta, after ten minutes looking at my plate getting cold, I called them over and asked about my dining partner’s
Finally got it after 15. No forks. They disappear and I watch them chatting. Stood next the the forks. I’m pretty angry now and go and get out forks myself. That was the end of us returning on our hols as I was accused of getting angry with them.
Waiter comes back and apologised half way through my (now cold) pasta.
“It’s because the chef only has one pan.”
Here’s three suggestions, as a starter for you:
(I) when you have an order for two pasta dishes, cook two lots of pasta.
(II) Put the first dish in a skillet (I presume they have more than one of those) and keep it warm
(III) Buy another pan (just so readers know, there are plenty of chefs and plenty of hobs in this place!
And If you remain feckless enough you still can’t do one of the three above…. just keep the first dish in the kitchen. So people at least think you know what you’re doing.
Why do so many purely vegan establishments not understand the rudimentary basics of how to service people eating out together?!
People with decent manners will not start to eat until their fellow diners have been served
So frustrating!
Pros: So many options. Smiley, young people serving., Great flavours. Great venue. Awesome art., Nice ambience. Loved the cooling system.
Cons: No consideration for how to plan food dispatch, Brainless training , Not enough pans!

When I arrived in Kochi, I looked for vegan restaurants. And first I found the Loving Earth Cafe. And - I nearly couldn't believe it - it was in the same street my accomodation also was located. Of course I went there to eat. It was absolutely delicous. The service was perfect and the location itself is beautiful.

Best vibes in Fort Kochi - Edit
Epic experience at this hidden gem, such a vibe with so much delish options on the menu. Woodfire oven pizzas, salads, smoothie bowls, sushi, cold pressed juices and raw, refined sugar free desserts. They seem to be adding to the menu also as I dined a couple times when I was in town and noticed new options. They had just reopened at this spot next to fab india with yoga classes also in the mornings. Can’t wait to come back to FK and visit again! Thanks Loving Earth 🌻

Plant based heaven - Edit
Amazing plant based cafe and restaurant in Fort Kochi. The vegan pizzas are to die for with homemade cashew cheese and a great selection of pizzas to choose from. The best pizza base outside of Naples! I also ate the kale salad which was topped with pomegranates pips and toasted seeds. Absolutely delicious. The side of cheesy garlic bread was a great accompaniment to the greens. It all felt very nutritious and made with love. The space is also very welcoming and all of the staff put their heart and soul into making your experience one to remember. Thank you Loving Earth 🙏🏼
