Healthy, Raw and Filling! - Edit

I ordered the "Living Burrito" with a side of house hot sause, Chili Bean Soup (seasonal) and a raw Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake (seasonal.)

The order took a bit to come out, but it was yummy, filling and I would go back if I wanted to eat raw vegan food. The pumpkin pie cheese cake was delicious, hit the right spot and was not overly sweet, and I appreciated the other flavors of the season playing in this dessert.

Pros: vegan, raw, friendly staff

Cons: Parking

Clean eating! - Edit

My husband and I checked this place out on an early Friday evening. We had to park down the street at a parking deck. It was nice weather outside, so it was no big deal. There was no wait (~5:30pm) and the host was very friendly. Our waitress was very pleasant and the food was delicious! We were worried that the portions would be tiny (as many raw restaurants are notorious for that), but they weren't. I ordered the vegan tuna sandwich in a collard wrap with my side being the Caesar salad. My husband ordered the Pad Thai. We shared the sweet potato sushi as well as the lemon-berry cheesecake. It was all excellent in its own way. My favorite item was the Caesar salad. Next time I will order that as my entrée. No joke, this is one of the best Caesar salads I have ever had since becoming a vegan (almost 12 yrs). My only gripe was that the appetizer ($9.50) and dessert ($9) were almost the same price as our entrees ($11.50 & $14).

Pros: Great food, Friendly staff, Relaxing ambience

Cons: Had to park down the street in a parking deck, Some of the items are expensive

I wish I could eat here everyday ! - Edit

The food is stunning, raw, vegan and organic. What more could you ask for???? The service and ambiance was fantastic, and they had juices, kombucha and smoothies available too. I got the living burrito, and could not be happier! My husband who is not vegan even loved it!! I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Wonderful raw vegan food! - Edit

Though I'm a vegan, this was my first time having anything from a raw vegan restaurant. I wasn't sure what to expect. But we dined on the raw burrito, lunasagna, homemade hot chocolate, and turtle cake, and everything was scrumptious! I will definitely return to this restaurant! Even my meat-eating husband liked it. Would love to see one of these restaurants in Apex!

Pros: refreshingly healthy and original foods, over-the-top desserts

Cons: location

Fantastic ! - Edit

My friend had tried out this place right when it opened as they eat almost completely raw. We came as a group of 10 (had called ahead). They had a great table set up for us. Not everyone in the group is vegan or even vegetarian. My one friend is highly allergic to mushrooms. And another was on a diet where that day could only eat carbs. Despite ALL of that the stag was extraordinarily friendly and helpful!! THe server was so knowledgeable and happily educated us on various aspects. They were super safe with the mushrooms. And the food was delicious!! We all sampled each other's (except my one friend obviously didn't try any mushrooms) and everything was AMAZING. the food is beautifully presented. It tastes so phenomenal!
I brought an entree home for a friend that couldn't make it and they packed it up to stay fresh for her, putting the sauce on the side. She loved it and we are planning to go to breakfast there this week :)

Pros: vegan!, raw!, friendly helpful staff

Cons: not next door to my house.. :(

angelaxvx 27 Oct 2016 - One of the smoothies has bee pollen in it. Besides that, it looks as though everything else is vegan!
