Yummy! - Edit
This place is my boyfriend's and my go to for lunch. They have lots of vegan options, and they're all labeled! I love the avocado cucumber maki and the Idaho maki (sweet potato tempura). The salad is yummy, but it comes with a creamy dressing that is not vegan. But they do have a sesame ginger dressing if you ask for it. For drinks, I love the purple haze sake and the eager ninja saketini. They have great prices at lunchtime.
Pros: Lots of vegan options!, .Delicious vegan sushi!, Great prices at lunchtime!
Cons: No vegan desserts.

What a treat to find a place that has footnotes on their menu for vegan items! Not a huge selection but very good food. Waiters are knowledgeable-- veggie tempura has egg in it but the sweet potato tempura that is in one of the sushi rolls is vegan. The salad dressing is not vegan but you can get an extra miso soup instead. Etc. We love the noodle stir fry, the Idaho roll and the garden roll. Oh and the veggie dumplings.
