Worst pizza ever - Edit
Portland Pie Company makes me think back to my pre-vegan days 28 years ago eating Pizza Hut, because this pizza comes close. I ordered the "Build Your Own" personal pie with garlic crust, vegan cheese, marinara, spinach, and kalamata olives (because I love a good Greek pie). After about 40 minutes of sipping my water while listening to screaming children and rowdy college kids on break, the pizza finally arrived. I was a bit skeptical seeing just a few leaves of charred spinach and red sauce peeking out from under a thin layer of cheese, but the real issue was the olives which just tasted like brine. I ate one piece and sent the rest back. My server asked if I wanted another pie with different toppings and I should've said no, but I opted for just the plain vegan cheese and sauce when she said they'd put a rush on it and it would be just 5 minutes. Ten minutes later, my Pizza Hut pie arrived at my table. It was just as awful with flaccid crust and metalic tasting marinara, but at least it wasn't loaded with salt. Then to top it off, they billed me an extra $2 claiming there was an upcharge for the vegan cheese. Since it doesn't say that anywhere on the menu I refused to pay it, and the server came back with the correct bill. Awful experience. I will never go back there.

Inconsistent pizza - Edit
I don’t know why they have the option to choose how you want it baked if they don’t follow thru? I ordered 2 mushroom pizzas one with red sauce & one with garlic olive oil. The red sauce was slimy and under cooked in the middle.

Vegan Pizza - Edit
Lots of options on the menu for vegans, and clearly identified. Impossible meat for protein, vegan cheese, and some non-pizza vegan options as well. Build your own vegan pizza was great.

good vegan options but long wait - Edit
got a vegan pizza with onion and pear with an olive oil base and it was super good albeit incredibly undercooked. The wait for our drinks and food was upwards of 45 minutes mainly due to them being understaffed. I think the food was good but it’s almost hard to see it as being pizza. For what it was it was good though.

Excellent vegan and gf pizzas - Edit
We got a vegan pizza and a gluten free calzone (1st one in a long time) and they were both stuffed with toppings and cheez. The most filling vegan or gf pizzas/calzones we've had.

Perfect Pie Pickup - Edit
Landed at the Brunswick Exec airport, turned on my phone, ordered a vegan pie, and picked it up 15 mins later. Couldn't have gone any smoother!
Read moreI got the normal crust with marinara, onions, beyond burger, and vegan cheese. $20 after tax and tip
Pros: quick takeout, lots of vegan topping options, vegan cheese melted well and tasted very good
Cons: idk what a pizza should cost- maybe a bit pricey?, way more non vegan options on menu

Great Pizza and dog friendly patio! - Edit
I got the veggie pizza with vegan cheese and actually had to get my husband to check that the cheese was actually vegan as it tasted so ‘cheesy’ to me! They also had a wrap and a veggie burger on the menu and the option of building your own pie. Very dog friendly on the patio: they brought out water for our pup as soon as we sat down! Very glad we stopped here!

Yummy Vegan Option - Edit
The pizza I ate from Portland Pie Company was quite good; there is, however, only one vegan cheese option, but a vegan can order many of the yummy veggie toppings.

Best pizza in Brunswick! - Edit
I love this place and I'm so glad we have one in Brunswick now. They have vegan pizza! You can choose from several different crusts, sauces, and toppings. My favorite is caramelized onions and pineapple with red sauce and vegan cheese on a basil crust. I'll even put jalapenos on it too if I'm in the mood for something spicy (which is most of the time.) Also, this restaurant is open late and delivers which is great.
Read morePros: Vegan pizza!, Delicious food and drinks! , Stays open late!
Cons: Only delivers to Brunswick and Topsham., Has more of a pub atmosphere than a pizzeria.
