Vegan and vegetarian options

There are enough options that are vegan you will have choice. There are even more options if you are vegetarian. Their vegan broth is very good for any if their options! Theres also a bar in back for parties if you are looking for a local place to meet up with a few friends.

Cons: There is sometime pork being smoked out front

You can buy their vegan broth mix yum You can order the sake glasses with sake, use for water while there, or buy one to take home (cute!) chopsticks and spoons are also for sale at Little Noodle Spokane in Spokane

Yummy!

Plenty of vegan options and staff was knowledgeable and helpful! I was able to try the spring rolls, dumplings, and the banh-mi with mushrooms. All were good, but the banh-mi was definitely the winner for me!

Twist on Asian

Many items available for adaptations. We went simple and had the tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce and the Vegan Ramen version with added mushrooms. The tofu in the spring roll was smokey giving it a different twist. (Note: they have other smoked plant based “main proteins” for other dishes). The spring roll ingredients are simple with just noodles, romaine, basil (which was slight) and smoked tofu. The ramen broth had a slight sweet flavor and the veggies were carrot and daikon. If I ordered it again, I would definitely add the mushrooms and corn.
We like ours a little spicy and added the chili oil, but would have liked more kick like rayu.

Good and local ingredients

Cute neighborhood and food was great, lots of vegan adaptations available. The smoked tofu was prepared super well!
