Late Night Snack

After getting back to Bushwick pretty late, I needed something quick and tasty to refuel.

I went to Little Mo as they had a few vegan friendly appetizers & labeled vegan items.

I had a quick meal, but ordered the veggie spring rolls and veggie gyoza. Two big things stuck out to me:

1. They stayed open late so I could pickup my snacks

2. The portion size was great for the money. Where most places give you 2 spring rolls/4 gyoza, their portions were easily double.

The staff was really nice and I’d definitely go again.

Worst vegan pho (since they changed owners)

Don’t go here for the vegan pho. It’s probably the saddest soup I’ve ever had. Which is so sad because it used to be the best vegan pho I ever had before the ownership changed. You’ll be so disappointed. And it’s $18 for sadness.

My favorite vegan pho in NYC.

The broth is incredible! I love their tofu as well. Pre-covid this was a fun place to hang out with a funky interior and a decent beer selection. I typically pass on the banh mi because Hanco's has them beat for sure.

Pros: Dedicated vegan option in each menu section

Cons: Lots of meat around you at long tables
