Weird but ok wraps - Edit
The only thing we could eat were prepackaged wraps, without tortillas but instead with tofu skin. They were filled with fresh cheese, veggies and baked tofu, which was fine.

Pros: Okay food in a pinch
Cons: Not a lot of flavor

Adequate for an airport - Edit
Despite mentioning a plant-based sandwich on the advertising outside, this was nowhere to be seen anywhere in the interior, not prepackaged, on the make your own sandwich section, or even on an empty shelf having sold out on account of its imagined deliciousness. Instead the only thing close to a vegan option is a falafel salad - which comes with an egg-based mayo in a sealed pot, allowing for it to be disregarded. However, without this lubrication, the salad is dry, plain and uninspired, the falafel nicely-spiced but otherwise dry and soft, and the hummus tasting like it is predominantly tahini, with a very strong sesame tang and grainy texture. When presented with no other options, it is indeed adequate, but only if you happen - as we found ourselves - to be literally standing outside the entrance when you decide you want something to eat.

Cons: Misleading advertising, Not even actually vegan (requires removal of part), Expensive for what it is

Vegetarian food Incheon T2 - Edit
I had a falafel salad that came with flatbread and houmous. There was a yoghurt dressing of some sort which was in a pot, so I reckon if you didn't eat that, it would be vegan. I checked with the server about being vegetarian and he was helpful. The houmous was a bit odd (I think it just needed more flavouring). Also this pin says closes at 4pm, but I went a 8pm and they have a sign saying 24hours.
