We spotted the sign saying 20% off all vegan dishes on Wednesdays so we booked a table - which was a good move as it was quite busy when we arrived at 6.30pm. Starters of Basil Risotto Cake and Gyoza Dumplings, main courses of Sichuan "duck" and Seitan stir fry and a dessert of black rice pudding and fruit compote. Delicious food, good staff (though they were very busy and needed another pair of hands) and a 20% discount on the bill. Excellent!

Make sure to use vegan when ordering - Edit
Good food - be prepared to wait a little while. Good service and very friendly staff. Make sure to use vegan when ordering a dish or you may end up with the non-vegan version. Numbered menus might help with this. We don't bother with takeaways from Lime given all of the plastic packaging used.

I really enjoyed my dinner here. I had the vegan gyoza as a starter and the sizzling vegan duck as the main course. I was super hungry and I left very satisfied! I would come back, but I need to check out the other vegan options in galway ;)

Delicious Vegan Options - Edit
Has a separate vegan menu. We had the vegan sushi roll to start which was amazing. We then had the Pad Thai and roasted vegan duck for entrees which were very flavorful. Service was great as well. Not many vegan wine choices but they do have vegan cider (looked it up on barnivore). Definitely recommend this place if you’re in Galway.

Food was delicious, went here for my birthday dinner. Great for a special occassion or a treat. Had the 'duck' curry and fruit sushi. Defiantly a unique menu as far as vegan options in ireland go. Would have given 5 stars , but the service was very slow.

Ask for the vegan menu, we had the vegan duck & pad thai, which was both amazing - my friend loved it too (though non-vegan)! Said they would be able to make changes to the normal menu as well. Great staff! It's a bit pricey, but considering the nice experience definitely worth it. Modern restaurant.

Had the most delicious dinner at Lime last night. Though I'm the only vegan, our whole table decided to order off the vegan menu and we all love it. The nasi goreng was mind blowing.

Lime has a separate Vegan menu which makes selecting your meal much easier. The food was delicious, the Pad Thai was savory, not sweet like in most restaurants. I also had the sweet potato and squash soup and black rice pudding, all were delicious. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was upscale and relaxed.

Lovely to see a restaurant create a dedicated and creative full vegan menu with various options for starters, mains and desserts. The food is absolutely delicious, the basil risotto cake and stuffed portobello mushroom starter is my particular favourite, the flavours in the roasted 'duck' veg and lentil curry are incredible and the desserts are to die for! The atmosphere in Lime is wonderful, always have a great night here and the staff are absolutely brilliant!
