Stopped by on October 20th, 2023, confirmed Lick It Up is no longer here. A previous review said they were part of the Ruta Maya coffee shop, so I made sure to ask the worker at the coffee shop and they confirmed Lick It Up is no longer available. Ruta Maya does have a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich which is vegan, so that’s something. Tacodeli is the nearest vegan option I can find otherwise.

Yummy breakfast tacos and burritos - Edit
Lick it up is located near terminal 29. They are part of the Ruta Maya coffee shop which can make them a little confusing to find. It’s always nice to have a fully plant based menu when traveling. I got the migas tacos and they hit that classic Texas breakfast taco spot. Highly recommend grabbing some food from them before you head to your terminal. Ruta Maya also has non dairy milks, so get yourself a nice coffee drink too!
