Convenient and quick - Edit
$4.95 for a taco with beans pico and avocado.. what you get isn’t worth the price tag, but the convenience of having a vegan option in the airport is worth the extra couple bucks.

Freakin’ Vegan = filling and transportable - Edit
Appreciate they have a vegan option. The foil it comes in makes it easy to take with you on the plane. These are very tasty!!

Muy sabroso! - Edit
When I saw Tacodeli at the airport, I had to try the Freakin Vegan. Delicious and filling. The salsas great. Make sure to take some to add to the taco. Corn tortillas are available. The iced tea is good. This will be a must have whenever I fly from now on.

Decent airport food - Edit
Anywhere else I would say they are overpriced but for an airport they are an easy 4 stars. They are decently healthy, filling, and taste pretty good. They were 4.59 per taco when I got it, so 3 tacos was about $15.

Layover tacos - Edit
We enjoyed the Freakin’ Vegan tacos. The service was quick, no long line. They were street size black bean tacos with yummy pico de gallo and a slice of avocado.. We also had their chips with medium salsa. My husband who doesn’t usually care for black beans liked these and complimented the cook. We were happy to find a vegan option at the airport.

Nice to have an option - Edit
I like that they have a vegan option there, no substitutes needed, but I wouldn't say its worth $4.33. Still, okay as a quick snack.

Great airport option - Edit
Got a couple Freaking Vegan tacos and coffee (self-serve). The tacos had a great flavor but seemed like they'd been sitting a while because all the steam had soaked them and they were cold.

Freakin Vegan 🖤 - Edit
The menu here is small, so there are only two vegan options - the Freakin Vegan Taco and the chips and salsa. They are the perfect pre flight meal tho.

Decent option - Edit
This is a decent option while at the AUS airport. Tacos look plain but they really pack a flavor. I ordered the freakin vegan and added lettuce to mine. Avocado tasted nice and fresh as well. Would come back again if I were at the airport.
Read moreStaff was a hit or miss. Guy who took my order was so nice but girl packing orders was so so so terribly rude for no reason. It was like she got a kick out of being mean.
Prices are also really high. Four dollars for a taco with some bean pico and avocado. But I guess that’s Austin and airport food for ya. Ordered a bottled strawberry lemonade and it was over 5 dollars.

Fast - Edit
Had “Freakin Vegan” tacos for breakfast. Line moved quickly, staff super friendly and attentive. More vegan options available later in day, but this definitely satisfied. Would order again without a doubt.

Before 11am - no vegan options :( - Edit
They only serve breakfast tacos before 11, none of which are vegan. You could make them vegan but they would barely have anything in them.

Awesome taco / skip guacamole - Edit
Located next to gate 23. Great vegan taco be sure to get two (one is not enough) chips and salsa made for a great side. I would skip the guacamole next time.

Solid airport option - Edit
They have tacos labeled as vegan. They are just bean tacos, so they are basically tiny burritos, but satisfying. They also have very good guacamole. Fast and very reasonably priced for the airport.

Great basic tacos - Edit
Ingredients are locally sourced and quality. Build your own vegan better than the Freakin Vegan taco. More texture and crunch options on your own. Love this place. A no frills friendly place to feed the soul.

Mushy but good! - Edit
Happy with the flavor of the vegan option, but it needed more texture. Luckily the pico helped with some crunch, but beans and avocado are both mushy. The Heather taco is vegetarian (with cheese). I'm sure it can be made vegan also.
Read moreSalsa and guacamole are large portions! You get about half the amount of chips you need. So either ask for double chips or take the extra guac/salsa home.
Pros: Large salsa/guac portions, Grab n go options
Cons: Not enough chips for salsa/guac

Great to have an interesting vegan option in an airport. Had a couple of the freakin vegan tacos. They had a few different hot sauces to use which kicked it up a bit.

Finally some vegan options at the AUS airport! Near gate 23 - Edit
The vegan taco was really yummy. Soft beans, soft avocado, and a soft tortilla had amazing flavor, but it was lacking in texture. So adding a bit of texture or crunch would make it perfect. I’m happy to have a vegan taco option though!
