Super Fresh & Customizable Vegan Options - Edit
I've been to Lettuce twice and had a really positive experience both times. Super friendly staff and clearly marked vegan options. They've got a bit to explore on the menu and you can choose your dressing, vegan dressings indicated in brackets. I'd have to sample a lot more to make this review comprehensive because the two times I've been I got the Festive Vegan wrap with the avocado lime dressing and it was delicious. Fresh greens, veggies, beans, and avocado. It's health food and as a junk food vegan myself I was glad I could get a side of kettle chips for my fix (the other option is fruit, which is probably awesome in all fairness). Main thing I would emphasize about this place is it tastes like the veggies were harvested that morning on some misty mountain top, lettuce was super crunchy and avo was perfectly ripe. Their aquaponics setup inside gives you a sense of how serious they are about quality ingredients. Super friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. It's also a CJ's cafe, so they've got an extensive drink menu as well with really fair prices. In an area with few vegan options this place hits the spot for a refreshing healthy meal. Please forgive the terrible photo I took of my to-go wrap before I scarfed it in my hotel room, doesn't come near to doing the place justice!

New Location - Edit
After going to the location on w main st and finding it closed I was a little frustrated however they have a new place just outside town. It’s fantastic!! I had the plant power avocado toast and a green juice. Outside seating and a food hall vibe inside 👍

Drove through and stopped by here for a wonderful lunch. They had a lot of options. We had a wrap and a roast both “Plant Powered” and they were both very good.

A short distance from Hwy 75, but it’s worth the effort. Nice selection of food choices made to order. Will definitely return on future road trips. Very reasonable prices.

Great spot near Ironroot Republic Distillery (voted World's best bourbon, try their Harbinger or Promethean). Wraps, toasts, spiraled zucchini dishes, smoothie bowls, and skillet dinner.
