I had a good experience here. It's a hole in the wall type of restaurant, but when you walk in it's very spacious. The waitress assigned to me was very friendly. They have a dedicated vegetarian section on the menu with soy-based mock meat, and also shared that most of their dishes can be made without meat or subbed with tofu and without fish and meat oils, dairy, and eggs. I had the Thai basil with tofu. The veggie soup was complimentary and the broth was vegetable based. The prices were very affordable.

Dragon Thai rules. In a place with very few vegan options I'm so grateful for this spot. They've got a dedicated Vegetarian menu, but be sure to check the rest of the menu. Most dishes can be made with tofu and they are super clear about which dishes and noodle types contain egg. Dining in they give you a complimentary soup or salad, both of which I am pretty sure are vegan (double-check the salad, haven't tried that), but this visit to Denison I stuck to take-out: crispy soy beef and sesame tofu, can't decide which is better. They aren't messing around with the spice levels (1–5), even a 3 can be intense if you aren't prepared. They are upgrading locations to a spot down the road sometime mid-2026. Dragon will always have my business when in Denison—I appreciate you!!!

A Wonderful Surprise - Edit
I was visiting Denison, Tx on business and used the Happy Cow app to find this place. On a Sunday afternoon, they were open and easy to find. Their vegetarian options were delicious. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was nice and the prices reasonable. I may go back again tomorrow!
