Didn't get served. - Edit
I really wanted to try the vegan matcha Tiramisu which they didn't have that day. But we didn't get to order anyway, as we entered we got greeted and after that the person continued to make drinks for at least 15 minutes without letting us know what was going on or giving us the opportunity to ask how long it will take to be allowed to order. It was truly very weird and after waiting for a while we left (and we weren't the only ones).

Cute Japanese café - Edit
Stylish & calm place to have a snack and a hot (or cold) drink near Münchner Freiheit. Most of the time the cakes are not vegan, but they have one or two vegan desserts with coconut milk agar jelly, tapioca pearls and vegan whipped cream, kinda rare in Munich. Drinks are a bit expensive, especially with extra fees for plant milks, but the tea that I ordered was plenty.
