Mixed review - Edit
As regular store, I don't love this place. The aisles are organized in a really weird way that's hard to navigate. You'll see what I mean if you come here. You'll notice the same type of product in different sections.
Read moreThe major redeeming quality is this place has the best selection of frozen fake meats (for food prep, not like modern ready to eat) that I have ever seen.

It’s an Asian Market - Edit
I’ve been frequenting Lee Lee’s ever since I was a child and love the fact that since I’ve been vegan for over a decade, I can still create my cultural dishes with different faux meats available and fresh herbs.
Read moreI will say this, this is not a EUROCENTRIC store and in turn, does not cater to western ideals of customer service. Seafood is a staple to many SE Asian cuisines and therefore, it’s definitely going to smell like fish. If you can’t deal with it, don’t go in. We cannot expect to be catered to in an Asian market attracting a diverse population with different pallets.
I think it’s highly disappointing to see reviews with a western partiality in the mix.

Not what I expected - Edit
I’ve heard wonderful things about Lee Lee and was excited to check it out (although a bit intimidated)! When I couldn’t find wonton wrappers at other stores, I decided it was time to finally try Lee Lee.
Read moreThe smell of meat was overpowering throughout the store. I walked the store several times but could not find what I needed. When I said “excuse me” to employees to ask for help, they answered “no.”
They do have ingredients that are hard to find. But if you can’t find what you need yourself, good luck.

Vegan meats! - Edit
The frozen section is wonderful and stocked with vegan shrimp, crab, and beef, among other unique options. There are great Asian cooking staples like gochujang, nori wraps, and unique fruits. I dislike walking in the back half of the store because it smells very fishy. There is lots of seafood on display which isn’t enticing, but if you can get around it there are some fun things to try!
