Best selection in Crans, no meat replacements though

While you can get a whopping five marked vegan main dishes, they are all tofu based. While this is probably more authentic, some of us like some fake meat. The restaurant itself is pretty nice which a large closeable winter garden giving and outdoor feeling even when the temperatures drop.
