Supermarket Chain with Vegan Section - Edit
This supermarket has a section with Veganz products (all vegan) and sells the Coop Karma range (the products are labelled vegetarian or vegan). The only thing currently missing is vegan cheese, which you have to get from Migros or Coop in Sierre.

Good for cheap, easy meals - Edit
Many restaurants are expensive and do not clearly label their options as vegan/vegetarian. This shop was clean, easy to get to, and had their pre-made vegan options clearly labeled. I recommend the falafel wrap.
