Sunday night in Nice - Edit
Sunday night is difficult for a vegan in Nice but Le Socrate came to the rescue with a delicious vegan mezzo and aubergine side dish. Just ask...the lady ,probably the owner, is lovely.. staff weren't sure but she understood completely and promised it was vegan...

Good selection for vegetarians and vegans - Edit
We had the vegetarian mezze, the current price was €18.50, or €12.50 at lunchtime for a smaller selection. It was well presented and came with a flatbread each.
Read moreIt was very tasty with a nice selection. You could also choose from a wide selection of ho and cold mezzes, that ranged from €6 to €10 each. Staff were friendly and helpful.
This restaurant is next to the Cathedral Notre Dame.
Pros: Choice
Cons: Not the cheapest

SO yum! - Edit
This meal was SO good - on the menu is a vegetarian platter however you can ask for a vegan platter where they will substitute something cheesey for something with spinach. It was my favorite meal of my holiday we did debate going back as it was so tasty and was a great portion size. I would definitely recommend as the staff are lovely and the restaurant has a great atmosphere.

Veggie Platter - Edit
They have a menu in English with many vegan options. I enjoyed the vegetarian platter. Unfortunately, it only came with one piece of falafel.

Late night saver - Edit
A saver at night when most restaurants are already closed by 10pm. Staff is very friendly and gladly explained all the vegan options they had. Aperol Spritz was huge and well worth 9€. Very good quality food!

Delicious lebanese food - Edit
Loved this place! Nice outdoor seating, lovely and very welcoming staff who presented the vegan choice gladly. A lot of vegan small dishes for mezze, and also a vegetarian platter with a lot of different things who easily could be made vegan.

Super friendly, super tasty but pricey! - Edit
They have an amazing staff! They’re super friendly and also speak English. They have an amazing vegan platter, and it is to die for! It is a little pricey coming at 18€, but it’s plenty enough for one meal. Price-performance is 75%.

Tasty Lebanese, big veg platter - Edit
The vegetarian platter is easily veganised with only one substitution. It comes with falafel, tabouleh, potostoes, hummus, baba ganoush and is really filling. You don’t feel you’ve gone without. The menu denotes vegetarian options and lists allergens but is unfortunately a bit out of date, eg, baba ganoush is vegan but lists as having dairy. English spoken.

Cons: Serves meat
