More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I watched a documentary called Earthlings (2005). It shook me to my core. I decided then that if I could not watch animals being killed or kill them myself then I shouldn't be eating them.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I eat out frequently and want to share my dining experiences with others. Hopefully, we can all help each other!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I've enjoyed the Dough Bakery, Green Sprout and the Loving Hut, among others.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I love fruits, veggies and nuts. They make up most of my diet. I absolutely despise lettuce and cucumbers.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
I recommend watching Earthlings (2005) to everyone. I also recommend Vegucated (2010) and Food Inc. (2009). If you're a reader, then Kris Carr's Crazy, Sexy Diet is great!
