Veganized classics in Carcassonne - Edit
We had the onion soup, the cassoulet, the parmentier (shepherd's pie), pineapple carpaccio and the apple crumble pie. Of these, we would highly suggest the soup, the parmentier and the carpaccio - these were really tasty and there was thought put into the dishes. We also tried the blanquette de Limoux, the original sparkling wine, and the house lemonade - both were lovely. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for vegan versions of the French classics in Carcassonne.

A lovely restaurant with friendly staff. A dedicated vegan menu where, during the day, you can get 3 courses for €19.50. Food is home made, simple, fresh and well presented and staff are friendly and helpful. We came here twice as to get vegan food in Carcassonne is as rare as hen’s teeth.

Authentic vegan food choices - Edit
They have many vegan options and even a vegan menu. They had veganized traditional French dishes which is not very common here I think. Overall a surprisingly great experience. Highly recommend!
