Çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Navegan arkadaşlarımla gittik, hepsi menüyü ve tabakları çok beğendi. Lahmacun ve kaju ayrana bayıldık, lezzetler dengeliydi ve hiçbir şey "vegan olmak zorunda olduğu için" yapılmış gibi durmuyordu. Servis sıcak ve ilgiliydi, sorduğumuz her şeyi sabırla anlattılar. Mekan hem rahat hem şık, akşam yemeği için ideal. Tatlıyı da kaçırmayın. Kesinlikle tekrar gelirim, herkese öneririm.

Cute new vegan restaurant that is walking distance from the Hilton Bomonti. Feels like it caters to locals and is very comfortable for tourists, which is a great combo. I had the lentil soup and a Lahmacun (a sort of flat bread with soy protein and you wrap it up with the fixings of your choice.) Full of flavor. Glad I tried this neighborhood gem.

Nearly overwhelming flavor and attention to detail - Edit
Every dish I tried was almost overwhelming in flavor. The sausage on the sausage pizza was so unique and flavorful. Also, while I usually like a chewier sausage, this sausage had a texture that made eating a pizza much more enjoyable. The lahmacun was also refreshing, satiating, full of flavor, and very generously priced. Lastly, the milk pudding with kadaifi was so full of contrasting and complementary flavors and textures that I was forced to think it couldn't taste as good as I remembered until I took the next bite and it was even better.
Read moreThe tables are all set carefully and napkins are all very well organized at every table. The bathroom is clean and smells great. I kept finding myself wanting to tidy up after myself because I wanted to maintain the cleanliness everywhere I went.
Lastly, the service was very attentive but not at all intrusive. They were helpful when I was indecisive about what I wanted to order, made great recommendations, and were especially friendly while doing so.
Ultimately, there is just so much thought and care put into every component of the dining experience and I highly recommend visiting.
Pros: Great food, Friendly service, Clean and comfortable environment
Cons: I don't think there are more locations (yet).
