English speaking staff, tasty food - Edit
Tasty food, yet not outstanding. Good service, the staff speaks better English than most other places. They apparently donate some come to orphanages.

Pricey and average - Edit
There was a reasonable amount of veggie/vegan options and they tasted ok but were pretty over priced (99k for a tofu curry with rice)

Tasty but ordinary - Edit
A perfectly acceptable meal, but nothing amazing. A fine option if you're in the area. Prices were high, but not unreasonably so.

Underwhelming - Edit
Hot and stuffy. Not many vegan/veggie options. Uninspired food and expensive compared to local food. From 14:00-16:00, you get 20% off your bill.

Really tasty food - Edit
Nice setting, good quality food and friendly staff. Dishes cost somewhere between 70k-100k and are well worth the money if you want good quality Vietnamese food

Some good options here - Edit
First of all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The food was great and filling. Tofu and lemongrass and coconut milk and curry tofu. The meal was more expensive than other places.

Good food, pricey. - Edit
Expensive for what you get but I was quite full! My meat eater boyfriend got the ribs and really didn’t enjoy them though.

Good place for a large group of mixed vegans and non-vegans - Edit
This is a nice restaurant with outdoor seats. They have plenty of options for vegans and non-vegans so it’s a perfect place for a large group of mixed diets. The food we had was tasty. The service was excellent.

Good if going out with non-vegans - Edit
Had the vegetarian set. It was OK. Also ordered the lemongrass tofu, which was very good. I liked the Saigon draught beer for 30k each.

Really enjoyed this food! - Edit
Was skeptical with the mixed reviews, but I was really happy. Had the corn, tofu curry and vegetarian pancake (which you then make into rice paper rolls) it was so delicious. And the service was really good.

Backpacker vegan review - Edit
To anyone who has been in country for more than a day and had real Vietnamese food don't bother. It's nice ambiance and all but the price point and food is underwhelming. Yellow curry tasted bland just yellow colored coconut milk and tofu. Just not worth it to me.

Highly recommend - Edit
Had the tofu curry and vegan truffle, both were absolutely delicious. My husband (not vegan) also said his food was amazing, so good place if you are dining with a mixed group. Staff were super friendly.

Decent food, nice terrace - Edit
We liked the food, even though it was nothing special. The vegan truffle was quite expensive (85.000), but sooo chocolaty!

Wonderful staff, amazing food - Edit
Had some of the best food here. So tasty, had a range of vegan options. Requested vegan rice paper rolls and the lemongrass tofu and mushrooms was incredible. The staff are amazing and super helpful and cool rooftop setting. Went back the next night and was impressed again

Great food, great cause - Edit
I visited Lanterns in January 2018. It is not a vegetarian or vegan restaurant but offers many vegan options. As I recall, at least a whole page in their menu was dedicated to vegan food. We enjoyed everything we ate. Especially the banh xeo.
