Stable option for Vegetarian Food in Bukit Batok Central - Edit
This hardworking store is a very stable vegetarian go-to option in Bukit Batok Central, because it opens very early (6.30am) and closes very late (up to 10pm) at night. So you can always count on it for an early breakfast or a late night meal. It also has Vegetarian Zi Char, provided they are not busy (which usually is a prescribed timing during the Lunar 1st/15th).

Depending on your dish selection choices, it can either be economy (e.g. bee hoon with one vegetable dish) or slightly pricey (e.g., brown rice with 3+ mushroom/mock meat dishes). So choose carefully if you are sticking to a budget. A balanced option is to pick white rice/bee hoon, 1-2 vegetable dishes (without mushroom/mock-meat) and 1 mushroom/mock-meat dish.

I think there’s a change of owner and chef. The food is oily and costs more than before. Bee Hoon with 3 vegetables costs $4.70.

A neighboring hawker centre stall sells economic rice, meehoon and zi char option (after 5pm) with generous portion for the price :)
