Bread and buns weren’t vegan - Edit
We went there for breakfast buffet. The selection of vegan options was disappointing. Because of the few options we asked the cook which dishes are vegan. Even the bread and buns weren’t vegan. He gave us a shrink-wrapped bread (that was cute of him but sadly not delicious). The range of cake and sweets was huge - but just one vegan option.

Es gibt à la Carte manchmal auch vegane Gerichte, aber am Buffet gibt es auf jeden Fall einiges zur Auswahl. Salate, aber auch warme Speisen. Ich fand es sehr lecker.

Probably the best place to eat in Wolfsburg - Edit
They offer a lot of vegetarian and vegan options and have a vegetarian / vegan buffet during the daytime. The vegan (chocolate) ice cream with a vegan wafer is delicious. They also offer vegan cakes. Everything is organic, local and seasonal.
