this place was one of the highlights of my Mexico trip. The food is homemade, fresh, and delicious. Let me clear up any confusion: it is located at Hostel 48 in Valladolid. Take a car to Hostel 48 and then you will find them. The website/directions were a little confusing, so this is the address: Hostel 48. I got the jackfruit tacos that were delicious, and the sandwich that was so fresh & yummy & wonderful. Great atmosphere & also great prices. $50 (MXN) for a taco. wish I went here earlier in my trip so I could come back

Amazing hidden gem - Edit
We had a beautiful dinner at La Yaqueria. The hosts were very welcoming and we loved the beautiful surroundings. You can tell that all ingredients are fresh and prepared with lots of love. If you love nature and something a little different, look no further, reserve a table and enjoy an evening at La Yaqueria. We definitely recommend making a reservation in advance, we had difficulties via the website so wrote via whatsapp which worked out well.

A beautiful oasis of calm! - Edit
We were delighted to find this place down a country road (and a little bit further!) What a beautiful place! Personally greeted by the owners, we were shown to our table in the gardens. And oh my goodness it was absolutely enchanting. We had the burger and tacos, and the carrot cake, and it was all delicious. I’m sorry that we were only in Valladolid for one night otherwise we would have gone back. If you are visiting the area - YOU MUST GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! This truly is such a special hidden gem and worth the journey to get to. The owners are incredibly kind and considerate, the food is so fresh and healthy with incredible flavour and the setting is so tranquil you might fall into a meditative state! we had the yaca burger, the tacos and the chocolate cake. a seriously incredible experience.

Delicious vegan offerings in a tranquil rural setting. The location is definitely off the beaten track (as in you have to go down a dirt track to get there), but the food is fabulous.

Wow, I really like this place. The ambiance is gorgeous, the food is great and the staff is very friendly. The only downside: you will need a taxi or bike, because the restaurant is not in Vallodolid itself. But it is certainly worth a visit. Because of the distance we came here only once. Otherwise we would have visited many more times. Great tacos!!!
