Good find - Edit
I went to Vega'sun just over the road (a good vegan fast food place, check it out!) so decided to pop in to see what they have on offer, as the La Vie Claire stores in Cannes don't seem to have much in terms of being vegan friendly... I was presently surprised to see a wide selection of meat and cheese substitutes and vegetable based yoghurt/desserts albeit some of it was a bit pricey, some options were cheaper/similar to those in Cannes' supermarkets so I stocked up on a couple things.

Large selection but rather pricey - Edit
Part of the La Vie Claire chain, a sort of French Whole Foods. Great and large selection of food; also carries cosmetics, body care and new agey materials. Rather pricey though; the Biocoop in Juan les Pins is cheaper.
