Great spot for gourmet vegan tacos. - Edit
Housed in the Casa Quimera food market. Awesome 100% plant-based gourmet tacos. Flavours of the fillings were fantastic and presentation was great. A street-style, culinary experience. Looking forward to going back.

Pequeño negocio de comida rápida 100% vegana, sano y natural. Lugar muy agradable, en terraza. Servicio rápido, personalizado y con muy buena onda. Precios económicos : tacos a partir de 25 pesos. Comida vegana Gourmet, liviana e innovadora mezclando sabores, colores y texturas. 100% recomendable! Recuérdese: LA PITAHAYA VEGANA, en Orizaba con Guanajuato en la Roma Norte!

Weirdest tacos - Edit
Firstly, the staff is incredibly friendly. When it comes to the menu, they have the weirdest fillings. One of the tacos I had had coconut and cauliflower as filling, which turned out to be my favourite one I ordered! The raw one was pretty good as well. I'll come back here and try all the fillings :)

Tacos with a twist - Edit
I was rather impressed with this place...very artisnale with pink tacos and a variety of imaginative and yummy fillings. Again..got the overwhelming feeling of 'that I can eat everything!' but was helped out with the very friendly guys working there. They are quite gourmet with their fillings so could be on the pricey side for some but this isn't designed to be the ubiquitous street taco stand prevalent all over the city.
Pros: pink tacos, creative fillings, helpful staff and speak English
Cons: might be a bit pricey

delicious pink tacos - Edit
Pink tortillas! Four choices of taco fillings. I had the combo of two tacos and water-of-the-day (65 pesos). The two fillings I chose were Jamaican (pulled jackfruit) and potato curry. Today’s water was cucumber with lime and orange. Then I had the mamey ice cream topped with puffed amaranth (50 pesos). Mamey sapote is a fruit I hadn’t heard of, quite sweet apparently, so they don’t need much sugar when making their almond-milk-based ice cream. Mango, strawberry and another flavour were also available. They also make water kefir here. The other two taco fillings were mushroom and creamy cauliflower. Self-serve spicy toppings. Really tasty meal!
Located behind Vegan Planet at Casa Quimera, corner of Orizaba and Guanajuanto.
Pros: delicious food, vegan ice cream, friendly staff

Best taco in DF - Edit
It is rare to find such imagination infused into a meal, and executed with studious precision. If you enjoy exceptional food, you owe it to yourself to experience La Pitahaya.
I recommend talking to the chefs for advice on what to order, and to learn more about how they have crafted the menu.
Very good value for money, and a welcoming spot to eat and dash, or to chill and work for the afternoon (free wifi).
Pros: Exceptional food, Great value, Welcoming environment
