The best ramen in Mexico City CDMX - Edit
The ramen from Mei is the best, the flavors are delicious if you like spicy food or if you don’t, there are options for every palate and the most impressive thing is that in my opinion these flavors are the closest to a vegan ramen in a Japanese big city like Tokyo or Osaka, the only “big” difference is that they don’t use “ham” like soy protein but nevertheless they use soy / vegetable protein in the dish and very well cooked ramen noodles and the stock is so rich and delicious too. I love to come here to quietly celebrate my BD and so far I wouldn’t change it for any other place

Vinimos a probar la otra... - Edit

Excellent broth, noodles, and orange chikin - Edit
We ordered a soy sauce and chili based ramen and a creamy Tonkotsu ramen. Both were flavorful and quite different from each other. The noodles were perfect and the piece of vegan meat served with it had a lot of flavor too (it tasted marinated). The orange chikin is a good starter to have with the meal (we shared a plate). Currently, all ramen is 150 pesos (almost $7.50) on Thursdays. Good music, good vibes, good food!

Mi-so so - Edit
Good, authentic ramen but not the best we've ever had. Broth and orange chicken were the highlights.
