Oasis in Saly - Edit
A full list of vegetarian options, based on red and green lentils, chickpeas, vegetables, cooked the Ethiopian style. A oasis for a vegetarian despite not being a fully vegetarian place. I chose a selection of five flavours. Food is excellent and very well presented. Nice peaceful atmosphere with ambience music. Great service. You need to use the map to find it: no obvious entrance but a door to knock at: you will be pleasantly surprised when the doors open.

Delicious Ethiopian food served in a beautiful setting. The vegetarian plate allows to try five different dishes. Try the Ethiopian coffee made in original pottery for dessert! Pick up possible.

Rollu and her mum have a great restaurant in Sally. They were very welcoming and very happy to serve us a vegetarian meal. The flavors were wonderful and exactly what we wanted. I fully recommend a trip to la Manalik
