Splendid - Edit
A warm welcome by the owner who is clearly passionate about veganism. The food was very cheap and delicious (9€ for appetizer, starter, main dish, dessert). The chocolate brownie was amazing, rich but not sugary. This place is a must try.

Best Vegan Restaurant in Valencia - Edit
La JunGla serves proper food - not fast food! The menu is very diverse and the food is great. The croquettes are fab. We also really enjoyed the courgette dish! It's a really cute place and the owner is really friendly. They are passionate about veganism and vegan food here.

I liked the options and the customer service. The burger choices were interesting. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the lack of choices for desserts.

Most of the menu items aren't that tasty. After we already ate they told us cash only. The nachos are pretty good.

Solo menu, pago en efectivo y servicio lento. - Edit
Fuimos un mediodía así que solamente estaba disponible el menú. La crema de lentejas estaba aguada, solo había un camarero así que tardaron bastante en traer el único postre disponible y no aceptaron tarjeta para pagar.

I would leave one star but am not able to. - Edit
I would leave one star but am not able to. Food was ok the service was absolutely horrendous. He forgot our coffee, wasn’t apologetic at all and took forever to do anything. I wouldn’t recommend. There are much better places to visit such as vurger or aloha

Large multi-level day/night venue - Edit
Great space. Has a bar on the upper level. We visited during the day for lunch but could see how easily it would be a great night time venue as well. The croquettes were lovely especially the mushroom. We also had an apple and celery tarte, so fresh and crisp. The smoothies were thinner than were used to but I liked that about them.

Not sure, grumpy waiter - Edit
Went to try this place for lunch and it was empty except for three other people... so we were kind of excited at a calm place. The waiter seemed upset that we let him read us the daily menu but then decided to look at the normal menu... all a misunderstanding with our broken Spanish and his non-existent English and lack of patience. We decided to leave due to the negative vibe of the grumpy waiter. We will update this review once we try it another time.

Tasty food but feels like you're in Ikea - Edit
We took the lunch menu, the food was tasty but the restaurant itself felt very artificial. Like if everything was bought in Ikea. They used canned mushrooms in 2 of our plates... Kind of sad, to be honest. Character-less restaurant with tasty food

Lots of choice. Excellent value. - Edit
Very friendly staff, waiter even has a “Vegano” tattoo on his arm. Playing Elvis, with a simple decor of pastel colours and fake vines. There is an English menu.
Read morePortions were substantial, we had enough of my Burrito bowl for next day lunch! Would have preferred the bowl to have a whole grain instead of white rice, but it was very fresh and tasty.

Value for money - Edit
We took the lunch deal and it was delicious and filling for the price we paid. There was one appetizer (no choice) and two choices each for first and main courses, plus dessert and drinks. All dishes were quite creative, fresh and tasty.
Read moreLocation is very central and the place is quiet. The stairs make it a tad uncomfortable to get to if you have baby prams or other bulky ítems with you.

It was ok - Edit
Nice new place, it was just us for lunch, the woman serving didnt seem too nice but eventually warmed up. Food was ok but the rissotto was terrible, it was just normal rice with a lot of water and barelly any veggies so do not order tjat! Although I did tell her and she took it quite well. Not expensive 10,90 euros for daily menu with starter, soup, main course and desert, with two choices for each. Drink not included. The lemon tart was delicious though!

Very disappointing - Edit
My bowl was served cold and not very tasty, the burger was fatty and watery, no toilet paper or paper towels and couldn't even lock the door because it was broken. Would give only one star if that was possible!

Disappointing - Edit
Service was not really welcoming - we had the feeling she wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. Small portions, and the food tasted fatty but with hardly any flavor. I had a "burger" with glutenfree bread (was a sandwich- breadn but at least gluten free) and my boyfriend had a mediterian bowl, wich was basically a small salad with a spoonful of quinoa. For what we got we paid far too much. (21,- total)

Dinner very disappointing, good for only drinks/appetizers - Edit
Restaurant opened later than time stated on their website. They had a note on the door, so we came back at 7:30pm. We were the only ones in the whole restaurant. The interior is nice and there’s a bar upstairs so there’s potential for the restaurant but the food was disappointing. For appetizers we had the croquettes and hummus with veggies/bread (this was good). For the meal we had the Thai Noodle dish and it was very plain and a small portion. The restaurant location is good, in the center.

Cute design and good food! - Edit
The staff was really helpful and super friendly! We both had a burger which tasted good but in my opinion it would be better if the bread would be a little toasted and if the sauce was added to the burger!

Il locale è bello e sembra essere più costoso di quello che è, in realtà i prezzi sono alla portata di tutti anche se il cibo non è niente di speciale, buoni ma non eccezionali.

Expensive for what you get - Edit
I did enjoy this place but I find it hard to pay €6 for a plate of raw zucchini, 2 cherry tomatoes and some pesto when I could have made it at home for less than a euro. I just would like more for my money. I had croquette to start which was one small ball and a very small chia pudding for dessert and I still want to go home and eat. Considering my main is the same price as the hummus I think I'd have been better off choosing that. Only my opinion. Like i said it tasted great just dont think its value for money

Good food - Edit
Flavors were good. Rice was undercooked and chewy on the main plate. Good price for a vegan restaurant in Spain in a large city. Menu of the day also available on Saturdays and Sundays, not just Monday through Friday (currently 10.90€ without drink)
