Amazing Vegan Sunday Brunch! - Edit
Extremely substantial Sunday brunch (and although it costs €24, it is well worth it) and friendly, helpful service. Great variety of homemade dishes, some nice flavours and (if I haven’t already made it clear) very generous portions! Although we’re not dog people, the dog friendliness wasn’t an issue at all.

I have been recommended this place by a collègue and so pretty good reviews, we must have been unlucky because it wasn't great at all. I would rate it "decent" but expensive for the quality.
Read moreI had raw rice in my curry, very unpleasant and ruined the whole dish which otherwise would have been very good. The olive tapenade was plain, poor quality of Olives ( I'm Italian maybe my standards are too high ). The brownie was really not good,which is very disappointing as it is a pretty easy desert to make.
Pros: Service was very kind and attentive, Cute vibe with dogs , Quick service
Cons: Raw rice in my curry, Crackers instead of toast, Brownie was bad

The menu changes regularly I think. The Burger, Dahl and crumble were standouts on our visit. Note, loads of dogs live here, they are friendly, but if you aren't a fan of animals in food establishments beware.

La clairière is an organic, plant-based, homemade restaurant, and it shows.

This time, we had 3 puppies, a little disruptive but so adorable.
I had the chance to try a hummus and beet tartine as a starter.
A nice pink-colored burger
and a dessert of chocolate mousse with peanut butter and shredded coconut to die for.
The welcome was very pleasant, and you can really feel the brand's commitment to plant-based values.
It's worth noting that there's plenty of space, both on the ground floor and on the first floor, allowing you to make the most of your visit.
In short, an address I'd also recommend in Lille.

Read moreThe service was very friendly and I was offered cutlery and napkins (which I didn't need on this occasion, but good to know it is available if needed).
The serving was generous and the food was hot.
I really enjoyed the vegan burger which had roasted butternut squash and cauliflower in it (I think the composition might change with what is in season - the roasted vegetables were particularly delicious).
It was all served with a potent garlic sauce which I really enjoyed. I think the price was fair given the quality.

Had the hummus starter which was very nice but the main was disappointing. It was a veggie bowl but was approximately 70% bulgur wheat with a meagre serving of vegetables and salad came with it. The slice of bread it came with was tiny. Overall there were no interesting flavours, it was very bland. My husband had the burger which was also bland and stodgy.

Really nice spot with not a very big menu but really lovely dishes to choose from. Everything is obviously vegan which makes it super easy. Very friendly staff and not over priced.

Nous avons pu goûter le burger le mafé et la mousse au chocolat qui étaient très bons. Il y a un menu enfant qui correspond aux plats en plus petit et une mousse au chocolat. Mais le burger n'est pas disponible dans le menu enfant alors que c'est le plat qui attire le plus les enfants. Ce fut une déception.
