Food was good, not sure about drinks pairing! - Edit
The food was really creative and definitely Michelin quality. The service was top notch & friendly. Unfortunately I thought the drinks pairing was lacklustre. I would definitely come again, but next time maybe just order 1 or 2 drinks off the drinks menu, instead of having the pairing. The sommelier was really nice though and had good explanations! I just think they didn't have vegan red wine, so replaced it with homemade infusions - obviously didn't quite do the trick, as we paid the full price.
