La Bonne Tarte is a bakery and patisserie, which produces various tartes and breads on location.
Read moreAmong their bakery products, there are two vegan options: Plain ciabatta and black olive bread. You can also order a vegan sandwich, which will be made by filling either of these two breads with vegetables.
Beside those bread / sandwich options, a veganized Bingsu (팥빙수) is also available upon request. The base is made from frozen soy milk, which is topped with sweet red bean topping and filled with fruit. I've seen pictures of the Patbingsu featuring fresh watermelon, but when I ordered one in September, it was filled with green grapes. So I assume it changes with the season.
Regular coffee beverages, however, cannot be customized into vegan versions with e.g. soy milk.
Overall, the vegan options are not specifically marked, so it is necessary to specifically ask for it. But staff is friendly and very helpful in this regard!
