Try the limited edition if you can! - Edit
The shoyu ramen is nice but the ma-yu ramen (garlic oil) was even better! Not sure how much longer it will be on the menu so get there as soon as you can. They are also selling a limited-edition cup ramen in-store at the moment, hopefully it is as nice as the in-store versions.

Don't forget to add some pickled ginger. - Edit
I must have looked pretty lame, so they gave me an English menu immediately upon arrival. Hip ramen shop. Front page of the menu had the vegan ramen options. Delicious. At the table are the various tasty toppings. I added pickled ginger and spicy greens from the table toppings. Totally hit the spot. Sweet people, lots of smiles.

legit vegan ramen! - Edit
Only one vegan dish only but it was really awesome and super flavorful. Place is an authentic hole-in-the-wall which made it even more fun. I thanked them for having a vegan option and you can tell they're proud of it.

Good taste as always! - Edit
Kyushu Jangara chain stores have changed its flavour and ingredients a little.

I usually go to one in Harajuku or Ikebukuro.
This was my first time to come to Nihonbashi store.
Highly recommended if you come nearby.

Delicious ramen - Edit
The same ramen like in Kyushu Jangara in Akihabara, very very tasty, a lot of spices around to add-like garlic, ginger, sesame etc. Very friendly staff, I recommend it!

Soup for the Vegan Soul - Edit
There was a line outside the door which, in my mind, is an awesome sign. I was not wrong! Their vegan ramen was life giving. Rich, warm, and flavorful with really delicious tofu. It was a really thoughtful dish, which is rare in non-veg places with one vegan option. It definitely did not feel like an afterthought. I’ll be dreaming about this ramen for the rest of my days.
