Good Food! - Edit
I've been there a few times for breakfast and dinner! I can only recommend it, there is a good selection of vegan dishes. The scrambled eggs are especially delicious! They also offer some themed evenings, such as a Valentine's Day dinner with a 4-course meal. Another plus point is the ambience and the friendly staff – I can only recommend it The only negative is that it is a bit expensive, but I will definitely go there again and again!

Gutes Essen, viel zu lange Wartezeiten. - Edit
Haben über 30 Minuten auf ein Frühstück gewartet, bei dem das einzig "frische" ein Spiegelei war und wir einen der wenigen Tische besetzt hatten. Beim Zahlen haben wir dann nochmal 15 Minuten gewartet, da das Kassensystem gespunnen hat.

Call before going - Edit
We did a day trip from Vienna to Linz and decided to go here to try it. When we got there around 14:00 CET, we were told that they are closing for the day and that the chef had left already. Even though the hours shown here and in Google showed it as open . I would call ahead if you wish to go in the future .

Ich habe mich mit einer Freundin zum gemeinsamen Frühstück verabredet und ich bin so froh, dass wir uns spontan für das Kulinario entschieden hatten. Fünf(!) der sechs gebotenen Frühstücksoptionen sind vegan bzw. für einen Aufpreis für 50c veganisierbar. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt, besonders das Bananenbrot mit dem Nussmus (Mandelmus?) hat es mir besonders angetan - sollte jede*r probieren! Der Preis ist schon etwas happig, aber die Erfahrung war es mir auf jeden Fall wert. Hier komme ich gerne wieder her.

Read moreDie Katholische Kirche hat jahrhundertelanges Wissen, wie man müde Wanderer gastfreundlich bewirtet. Dies sieht man auch an diesem Konzept: ein offenes Haus, in dem man sicherlich das findet, was der Gaumen und das Gemüt begehrt.
Sie können hier alleine oder mit Freunden speisen oder einen Kaffee mit Torte genießen. Die Speisekarte hat mich positiv überrascht, sie ist kreativ und bietet viele verführerische vegane Gerichte an.
Der moderne, große Gastraum öffnet sich in hochliegenden Fenstern in die umliegenden Stadtgärten, die Wände sind mit beruhigendem Moos bestückt, die Möblierung ist jung und vielfältig, sogar auf Schaukelstühlen kann man sich niederlassen.
Essen und Kaffee sind tadellos.
Der Service ist stets aufmerksam und freundlich, heutzutage schon ein seltenerer Umstand, der gar nicht genug hervorgehoben werden kann.
Ein Schmankerl-Angebot von hiesigen Klöstern oder kleinen Familienmanufakturen macht Lust, sich was mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Biogemüse, auch Exotisches in der Kühlvitrine (z.B. koreanisches KimChi, allerdings sehr dem europäischen Gaumen angepasst) und besondere Weine und Spirituosen ergänzen das Angebot.
Gastgarten gibt es (einstweilen?) leider keinen, auf der Toilette dafür Amselmorgengezwitscher.
Sie werden sich wohl fühlen.

I already went there twice since their opening. Their food is amazing, so yummy and healthy as well! I had the courgette risotto & the holy jesus bowl - both very tasty! I am so happy now I can finally order food with tempeh somewhere in Linz😄
Read moreThe desserts are sooo yummy as well - I had the raw chocolate tart and the crumbled Black Forest cake (which are both a little bit pricey but totally worth it!)
I also want to mention the service because they are really nice. For example I asked if there's any milk powder in the cocoa powder and the waitress even showed me the package (btw: it was fairtrade) to ensure it was vegan.
Pros: yummy, high quality food, service
