Good vegan ramen - Edit
Personnel was friendly and the fact that the place is only Vegan-Options made a difference when we found out that they can make everything on the menu Vegan. That's a plus for them!!so thumbs-up
Read moreThe only thing that I would point out and would suggest to them if possible is to improve is the final taste. Was good I won't lie, but nothing exceptional. I had to add some soy sauce into the soup to make it better.

Ich habe die veganen Optionen durch, aber mein absolutes Comfort Food ist "Veganes Tan Tan Men Ramen mit weniger Nudeln". Sobald ich das vor mir stehen habe ist der Tag gerettet. Würzige, Sesam-Erdnuss Brühe, knackiges Gemüse, hausgemachte weiche Nudeln, marinierter Tofu, einfach perfekt. Und dazu das Horenso ist ein muss. Das Dango war hingegen etwas langweilig, dafür die Erdnuss Mochis umso besser. 5 Sterne wenn ich könnte.

I've been to ichi go ichi e locations in several Austrian cities now, and this location offers high quality vegan ramen options just like any other. In contrast to their other restaurants, in Linz it is licated within a small shopping mall, so it is rather open, on the edge of the mall's central inner square.
Read moreService was fast & friendly, however the option to order ramen in a vegan version is for some reason not marked at all on the menu here. I think that's pretty sad, but it doesnt make it less tasty as long as you know it's possible. I recommend Tan Tan Men!

the best vegan ramen - Edit
This is my go-to place for ramen, I always order the vegan Tan Tan Men. The broth is super flavorful and the tofu they add to all vegan ramen is the reason why I fell in love with tofu. I also love the fact that you can get all of the available ramen options made vegan, instead of having just one vegan option.

They have really good ramen soup an you can have all of them in vegan. At the beginning the soups were with lots of vegetables, now when it is busy they keep to put in less.
