The menu is very clear with what items are vegan.
Read moreThe vegan veggie rice (bowl) with shitake mushrooms, smoked tofu, and a great mix of veggies was amazing and filling! Someone came up to me and asked what I ordered (amongst my non-vegan friends' dishes) and then went back to their table and then ordered what I got.
Pros: Easily marked menu, delicious shitake dish, Fun aisian drink selection (alcoholic or not)

The menu was clearly labeled to identify what was vegan as well as what was gluten free or could be made gluten free. I loved the Sushi Burrito with gluten free sesame sauce. The sushi rolls were also made fresh and were delicious.

Koya is a casual restaurant with counter ordering and both indoor and outdoor seating. There are various vegan menu items including a vegan shitake tofu burrito, a vegan veggie poke bowl, and ramen and rice bowls. I tried the burrito and loved the flavor.
