What I love about Koumaï is the creativity and care in every bite. The rolls are not only beautiful and colorful, they’re packed with fresh, vibrant flavors — from local microgreens to house-made sauces that truly elevate the experience. The space itself is lush and welcoming, like stepping into a little tropical world in the heart of the Cévennes. Everything is plant-based, seasonal, and made with intention. It’s more than just food — it’s a celebration of nature, culture, and joy.
