the vegan burger isn't vegan

we asked for the vegan burguer to go, and they told us is was a soy burguer, it was quick but when we were about to eat we realized the cheese was suspicious, we called and they told us the mayonnaise and cheese weren't vegan, really bad experience, lost money

Cons: don't know the difference between vegetarian&vegan

Très compréhensif mais pas vegan

Nous avons été servis aujourd'hui le 24 juillet 2024 par du personnel très sympathique et compréhensif mais qui ne connait pas la différence entre vegan et végétarien... Le burger affiché vegan sur le menu n'est pas vegan. Le pain contient du lait. Le fromage n'est pas vegan. Et la seule sauce vegan est juste du ketchup. Ils ont bien une escalope vegan mais n'en avaient plus lorsque nous y sommes allé. Ils sont finalement allé en acheter rapidement pendant que nous mangions des frites (cuites à l'huile végétale nous avons demandé😄Ils nous ont servis l'escalope vegan dans une galette de blé / wrap avec salade, tomate, ketchup.
Résultat pour l'instant il est très difficile de trouver de vraies options vegan à Narbonne.

Pros: Sympa, Compréhensif

Cons: Le burger vegan n'est pas vegan, Le pain et le fromage ne sont pas vegan, Seulement le ketchup en sauce "vegan" par accident

Not bad, not good

There is only one vegan option: a vegan burger with vegan cheese and vegan sauce.
It is OK, not delicious, but they serve the food fast and the workers are nice and speak Spanish and English if necessary.
Be aware that they give you 3 sauces on the side and only the ketchup is vegan.

OK for a quick bite to eat!

We ended up here because another restaurant was closed. It's a fast food restaurant similar to McDonalds with a vegan burger. The food was ready very quickly and tasted good. It's absolutely fine if you're travelling through or need something quick.
