Incredible Tasting Menu - Edit
You have to call at least a day in advance to let them know to prepare a vegan tasting menu. What they made for us was just delicious. A carrot and pumpkin soup, picked vegetable and avocado salad, jalapeño chipotle dumplings, cauliflower taco, falafel patty, and apple compote for desert.

Es un menú degustación sorpresa, con platos pequeños pero muy ricos y muy currados. La pega que le pongo es que el menú vegano solo lo hay en la versión corta. Tienes que avisar antes para que lo tengan.

Nice option in Bilbao - Edit
Bilbao is not very vegan friendly and we needed a place for my grandma’s birthday (who’s not vegan and wanted a “normal” menu). This restaurant offered us a nice degustation surprise menu, vegan for the vegans and “normal” for her. The products they use are good. We specially liked the artichokes! So good!

Not 100% vegan friendly, as you normally need to say in advance in order to get an option, but if you say on advance or are lucky amd they had the ingredients there, the experience is an interesting one, as it's a restaurant with an original concept.

El menú vegetariano no tiene nada que envidiarle al menú estándar. Todo riquísimo, buen servicio, precio razonable. Repetiremos.

It’s a beautiful space, airy and clean with outdoor seating.
Read moreHowever I was told to call a day in advance to get anything vegan as they don’t generally have it.

Local cerca del Ayuntamiento de Bilbao, con un menú degustación vegano o vegetariano (tiene que pedirse expresamente, no lo tienen publicado). Platos originales y elaborados, con ingredientes diferentes. Nos sorprendió gratamente y seguro que volvemos en otra ocasión.
