Delicious vegan options with a beautiful river view - Edit
Kylo is my favourite spot in Wien. Their vegan breakfast with tofu scramble is delicious! The outdoor seating overlooking the river was beautiful.

Lovely atmosphere on the terrace. They do a "switch" at 11 so when I came at 10:15 I was sent away, but came back and easily got a table so all good.
The iced chocolate is served with a coconut based whipped cream and a delicious hazelnut ice cream, but the choco itself is warm and didn't taste that good - threw me off a little.
I loved the mousse cake with the oreo bottom. Tastes like a fruit yogurt but has the texture of a cloud.
Overall a nice spot, but the breakfast options are very basic vegan things so they didn't appeal to me.

Although not a lot of vegan food options when coming in later in the evening, the quality is great. We had portobello focaccia, it was really amazing! Also some antipasti (olives and artichokes). I can definitely recommend the "Wildorangen-Rosmarin" tea and the alcohol free strawberry Sprizer for drinks!

set right by the Donau its a very popular place, since we went during the week we were still able to get a seat for breakfast but if you didn't reserve in advance you'll get seated in the less pretty section of the restaurant. They have a big vegan selection which was nice. I had the KYLO Ice Coffee, which was really good. Amazing hazelnut ice cream, can definitely recommend it. The scrambled tofu however was a dissapointment to me, way too many spring onions and boring taste, no Kala Namak used or anything. The veggies on the side were cold and didn't seem fresh nor well spiced. The best part of my breakfast was honestly the guacamole that I ordered additionally. Maybe the pancakes are better.

The scrambled tofu comes with grilled veggies and toast and is yum. The protein pancakes are good too. The staff is hip and friendly and the service is quick.

they have a lot of vegan options. i had the vegan protein pancakes and they were really good and definitely worth the price. what is absolutely spectacular at klyo is the location itself. the restaurant is situated in the famous urania building and has outdoor seating with an absolutely gorgeous view. the staff wsd also really friendly. i will definitely come again!

There are a few vegan options on the menu. But unfortunately everything tasted a bit boring for my taste. The avocado dip was completely unseasoned and the scrambled tofu tasted like nothing, but had a good consistency. The grilled vegetables were also a little disappointing. At least the grilled bread tasted great. It's a really nice location, but I probably wouldn't go there again.

Due to its popularity the place is very busy, which isn‘t really what I‘m looking for when going out for breakfast on the weekend (I was seated right be the entrance, so maybe it gets better if you sit somewhere else). The food was really tasty though.

Ich liebe es im Klyo zu frühstücken, ist zwar etwas teurer aber ich finde, es zahlt sich aus, sehr lecker und gute Qualität und dann noch so ein schöner Ort am Wasser, das rechtfertigt mMn den etwas höheren Preis. Es gibt einige vegane Optionen, man muss also nicht immer das gleiche bestellen. Und tolle Smoothies!

Go to this place! We went for breakfast and had the vegan scrambled eggs and ‘the vegan’- sourdough bread with hummus and roasted vegetables. Order this you won’t be disappointed! Really amazing bread, perfectly salty hummus and a variety of vegetables (lovely soft courgettes!) really was stand out.

We had an iced coffee with hazelnut ice cream and raspberry cheese cake here. Rather pricey, 6,50€ for the coffee, which was more on the smaller side and 7,50€ for the piece of cake!

Was die Küche verlässt sieht optisch wirklich spektakulär aus. Leider war das vegan-"Rührei' nicht so der Hit. Vielleicht ging das Kala namak vergessen oder war einfach zu wenig. Auch die frisch gemachten säfte waren ein wenig wässrig. Mit den restlichen Speisen waren wir zu frieden und können das Klyo weiter empfehlen. Es ist sicher am Abend Toll mit den Cocktails.
